Situated on the banks of Kozhikode Kuttiyadi Highway, Malabar Medical College & Research Centre, also known as MMC & RC started its triumph over a decade ago, on 7th September 2010. MMC & RC is the first Medical College Hospital in the Private sector with an annual intake of 150 MBBS students on board at the time of inception. In fact the Hospital had started functioning two years before it, in 2008 with all the preparatory functions to become a Medical College under the Management of Sree Anjaneya Medical Trust. MMC Hospital is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences, Kerala and recognized by National Medical Commission.
